With the flavorful goodness of organic farming, we take leftover food waste and turn it into new produce. The remaining waste is then fermented into organic fertilizer for use in vegetable gardens, farms, and agricultural areas to reduce chemical usage. Additionally, they can also be used for cleaning purposes within the hotel premises.

We not only recognize the importance of reducing waste, but we also add value to the produce derived from food waste by crafting them into special dishes.
