On May 29th, 2024, our team participated in a valuable “Serving Guests with reduced mobility” training session held in the Lanna-Bagan room. Khun Chaiphon Phupharat, a consultant from the Association of the Union of the Disabled of Thailand – Samutprakarn, led the session, equipping our staff with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests.

The training covered various aspects of accessible hospitality, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for our guests with reduced mobility. This included techniques for welcoming and escorting, streamlined check-in procedures, ensuring room accessibility, and fostering effective communication.
